I don't think it does as long as you are attracted to each other and get along then age is just a number

It depends on the age of the two involved.
10 + 12 yes
12 +14 yes
16 + 18 probably (one is legal, the other isn't)
18 + 20 no

with both parties over 20 age is not really a consideration and 2 years is not really a problem well if you are both over 20 --- under 20 could be a bit difficult

I know nothing about dating and all... But, famous people, and I'm sure, many people have dated and married people as many as 20 years younger than themself... I know a person like that.
