No Robert...it is just important to brush them, what U use doesnt matter.

this ain't so...
the only thing u need to do is brush , n what u use is not that important...not even toothpaste...cuz its only ur brush that matters along with the technique of brushing , up n down for front teeth and round movements for behind ones...u must use a soft or a semi soft bristle brushes not one with hard bristles ,pastes only provide freshness...as for hot water its upto your choice some have teeths sensetive to hot and some to cold water... hot water does not cause any harm... :)

No. I do because I have sensitive teeth and the cold hurts them.

Not hot water..Warm water at least is better

IT'S NOT REALLY IMPORTANT. SOME PEOPLE LIKE WARM WATER RATHER THAN COLD WATER. IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO COLD, THIS THE WAY TO GO!

plaque is sticky, and warm water loosens it up so its easier to brush off.
