Time will heal, just do your best to concentrate on you. Pamper yourself, go out with your girlfriend, go and see a funny movie or visit an old friend that you haven't seen in a while. You need to stay in touch with how you feel and what makes you happy. He will be fine. Most guys are durable and they move on just fine. If he is persistently trying to get back with you more so you need to keep your distance. Feeling guilty about breaking his heart is a natural feeling but we all need to go through these heartbreaks throughout our lifetime to allow us to learn about ourselves and others.

Experiencing different relationships actually helps you mature. It give you a guideline on who you want to spend the rest of your life with. There must have been a reason why you broke up - or else he would have been the one forever.
Be careful in the "enjoy my youth" area. Don't enjoy it too long but do it to the best of your ability while it last. It only comes past once, and in a blink of an eye you will have the responsibilities of an adult. And once there, you can't go back.

Do exactly that. Enjoy your youth, stay busy doing the things that keep you young. Spend time with friends that you may have neglected due to your relationship. Visit your family if you are close. Exercise regularly so you feel spectacular and look great! Do things that you enjoy doing that you may not have time to do because of your ex. Go for a walk and enjoy being outside in the fresh air. Enjoy the time by yourself. Enjoy the rest of your life!!!

All you need to do, is go out with some friends, and hit on some guys. Its simple, to forget about your old boyfriend, you need a new distraction. Something to take your mind off of him, the easiest way to do that is to go find someone new. Unless of course, your still in love with your ex and don't want to move on!!

Excuse me?? Why would you feel guilty? Move on then....you can still enjoy your youth and if you are young enough, you probably don't even know what love is.

That's perfectly understandable. But if you two shared a special relationship and love then it's not going to be easy to call it quits or to move on smoothly. Just like with death or hurting yourself, it takes time, healing comes with time. But guarentee baby that you will be fine. Each day brings a new beginning for SOMETHING. Just remember that.

Get involved in an activity or activities and stay involved.
You probably are obsessing about your ex. If you stay busy
he will eventually flee your mind. Another suggestion is prayer -
you pray for him. It will rid one of resentments toward an ex.
