Only God and Providence can tell. Human beings are changeable. However, there are signs to watch concerning compatibility of interests, worldview, religion, etc. But then, these also can change. A right person today may be a misfit tomorrow. In summary, you can only have a right person at a point in time. What happens thereafter is tolerance, understanding, sacrifice and the fear of God to sustain a relationship.

If both of you compliment each other. If she makes you a better person and if you make her a better person then the relationship will be a good fit and everything else will fall into place. If both of you can learn from each other. Anything less will just be a waist of time.

You can just feel that this person is right for you. It is as if you feel lost and alone without them: incomplete. You have almot no sense of being, and very little feelings of security without them. You feel scared to be without them, and happy to be with them. You love thinking about your future just because they are in it! You could imagine yourself with none other! And one last thing (of the many, many more that there are) isthat everything that you do with them just feels "right."

if you can see yourself with this person for the rest of your life. MUSTS are they have to get along with the bulk of your family, your family/close/trusted friends need to approve and think you guys are a good match, and if you feel like you're commited to love, not just feel it (feelings will fade, it has to be something deeper than feelings) hope this helped! :)
