It all depends on the woman. I've known a few women that shave very rarely, and their legs are smooth most of the time. I've known other women who need to shave twice a month. In general, though, women's unshaven legs will be less hairy than men's.

No. They shave their legs because otherwise they'd develop a germ on their legs that is common on babies and pregnate women. Men don't shave their legs because they prefer to just cover it up with hair so no one sees it. I hope you feel better now that you know this.

Women don't NEED to shave their legs. Modern society and it's bizarre ideas of beauty and fashion force them to do so to be acceptable.

we shave our legs because they are hairy.. no.. not everyone needs to.. some are born with so little hair on their legs.. others have so much hair..
