no because even when a Priest reaches retirement age he is still a Priest and can still on occasion carry out his Priestly duties, and as there is a chronic shortage in the Priesthood today, more and more of them are still practicing their ministry well into their eighties, celibacy is for the whole life of the Catholic Priest.

The simple answer is no. I am only aware of two loopholes: 1) a widower may become a priest. 2) A married clergyman of a different denomination may convert and become a Catholic priest.
One of the priests at my parents' parish is a widower with children. I did not know this at first. When I first heard him talk about his children I assumed he was speaking metaphorically about the congregation. I did not realize he has biological children.

Once a priest always a priest until they die.
Some priests have gotten a dispensation from the Pope to marry but that's very rare.

Priests not being allowed to marry is not a Biblical directive. It is based on tradition. Jesus told the religious leaders of his day that they had made the word of God invalid because of their tradition. Catholicism is a false religion.

I think so. I was watching a interview on tv and there was a retired catholic priest who was married.

A priest is a priest for life. Just because they may not be working, their vows encompass their entire life, not just their working years.

Nope, not as far as I'm aware. The vow is forever. They could possibly lose their pensions!
