The weakness and frank rectal bleeding indicates a GI bleed from somewhere. You need to call your doc immediately and get seen or go to Urgent care/ER right away. Do not wait to see if this gets better as you are already in serious shape. Head for medical treatment immediately.

Is the blood when you have a bowel movement? Is the blood dark and are your bowel movements really foul smelling? If this is the case it sounds like a bleeding ulcer and you need to get into the ER ASAP. My husband almost died from his because he didn't want to admit that he was sick. Too much blood loss can lead to a fatal heart attack. The doctor that treated my husband told us that if we had waited another 12 hours to get him in he would have had a heart attack. Get to the hospital NOW.

This sounds very serious. Go to the emergency room right away.
Call an ambulance if you are too shaky to drive.

you didn't say if you was a girl or a boy...and you didn't say how old you were...and from where it was coming out...and what color the blood was...if the blood is bright red...or black...if it is bright red and is coming out of your butt.it could be a hemmorioid....or a strain;...where you tried to poo poo to much and couldn't.....
if your a girl....its your period....it could be an ulcer\
I urge you to go to the dr.....how long have you been bleeding:....that is not normal...i would have that checked...
