The teacher has no right to touch the kid when the kid is merely being an ***. I'm not sure how I would handle that situation in his shoes, but schools have policies for students and teachers. And I know for a fact that physical confrontation isn't an acceptable practice unless there is a real reason for it. And a kid with an IPOD doesn't qualify. Now if the teacher had walked up and snagged the IPOD away...I'm thinking he'd have been well within his right. As a parent, I'd want the IPOD back because they aren't cheap. But there's the other thing. Jr. wouldn't be getting the IPOD back. Either I'd be claiming it for my own to rub in the fact that Jr. doesn't deserve the toy because of his bad behavior in class, or I'd sell it to the highest bidder. Teenagers can be such a pain. How much you want to bet that the rules will change regarding your permission to use IPODs in the future. You have your trouble making friend to blame. They are both responsible for the altercation and should both be held accountable at the right level. The kid should be suspended in the least for causing the problem. The teacher should probably accept the fact that he isn't in control of his temper around nasty teenagers and should probably think about another line of work. And depending on just how rough he was, he is probably looking at a assualt charge. You cannot attack someone just because they aren't respecting the authority the school system has vested in you. I wonder what the school's policy is if a kid just decides to totally disrupt class like that? I'm willing to bet that the teachers would be permitted to remove him from the class room. But if he gets physical in trying to avoid removal that would probably mean the police would have to be called in. And then it gets really ugly for the teenager. But it would be a better solution than what your teacher is described to have done.

It seems to me that this is a joke to you. Clearly, you are entertained by asking questons that get a reaction and when you answer questions --you have not exactly been "kind".

I TRULY hope that you are joking with this question. Clearly if it were a real issue you should go right to the principal and express your concern. In the meantime, according to what you said about yourself....you are in the "popular" crowd and that you are a cheerleader and you play sports. *IF* that is true, go ahead and surround yourself with your friends being *popular* that should not be a problem. IF you are joking, then I feel very bad for you. I also feel bad for the kids that are ACTUALLY sexually harassed by teachers. It is a REAL problem and should not be treated like a joke, just to earn POINTS.

hon, i think you are getting into a seriously bad situation. Its normal to have crushes on older guys but thats were it has to stop just a crush. Im not sure how old you are but your definitly a minor this GROWN MAN is too old for you. I would recommend staying away from him, if he pursues you and makes you uncomfortable or worse tell a guidance counselor or your parents.

You sound like you are leading him on in a way, like you like the attention that he is giving you. So dont blame it all on him, I mean hes only 25 its not like hes 40 or something.

You said he was cute, so why are you saying that you have a problem?

You must mean PETA File, I don't see what the protection of animals has to do with this, and why do you want a File from PETA?
