I have never heard of "beet" top loin but I can tell you about regular top loin vs. the tenderloin.

The top loin is another muscle that comprises the loin. It is not the tenderloin. On a T-bone or Porterhouse steak, the small half is the tenderloin and the larger half is the top loin. It is also referred to as the strip. Steaks made from it are known as top loin steaks, strip, NY strip, shell, and others.

It is not quite as tender as the tenderloin but still very tender and very flavorful.

No. The beef top loin is the 'Strip' and the tenderloin is the 'Fillet'.

No. The tenderloin runs along the side of the cow and is an independant muscle. It really doesn't get used that's why it is so tender and expensive.

no top sirloin is the part of the top/hip/butt/ part of the leg and tender loin is the three muscles that are the most tender. they are part of the t-bone. top sirloin is not as tender and top round is what it is usually called. used to make country fried steaks, as well as top sirloin steak. usually cheaper cut and less tender.
