I totally agree with "Freedom"'s answer ! Why in the world would you allow this dog to get pregnant in the first place ? You have been totally irresponsible ! PLEASE GET YOUR DOG SPAYED SO THIS DOESN"T HAPPEN AGAIN ! I honestly don't know where people like you get the bright idea that you are going to breed your dogs and what, sell the puppies and make some money ? I hope this is a wake up call for you ! It takes a truly special, experienced, responsible, and dedicated person to be able to bring a good litter of puppies into this world. I takes years of research, patience, and dedication to the breed, for a good person to produce a few nice puppies. And on top of that, a truly reponsible person who has reared these puppies will commit to taking care of that puppy FOR THE REST OF IT"S LIFE ! Any responsible person who has produced a puppy, will make it known that in any time throughout the puppy's life that the puppy needs to be placed in a new home, the breeder will take the puppy back. The good producer will be financially capable of caring for the puppy FOREVER, therefore, a good breeder will NEVER MAKE A PROFIT off of their dogs ! If anything, they will lose a lot of money making sure their dogs have the best life possible ! I have worked for a very well known dog trainer, have experience in the field, the show ring, and obedience ring, and have many years of experience with dogs, and I have a Doberman that at least 20 people have begged and practically foamed at the mouth wanting a puppy out of him. My reply, I had him neutered IMMEDIATELY as soon as he was old enough. I will NEVER risk him getting a female pregnant and causing a litter of puppies to be brought into this world when there are humane societies and animal shelters overrun with puppies that don't have homes ! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF !

Do not look for free puppies. Looking for free puppies encourages backyard breeding and puppy mills, both of which are horrible for the breed and the dogs themselves.
Get a dog from your local humane society. There are many pit bull types in humane societies. If you want a purebred pitbull, buy one from a LEGITIMATE breeder. If you can't afford the adoption or purchase fee, you can NOT afford the dog.
Dogs cost a lot more than the initial fee to buy / adopt it.
You have food to pay for, and pit bulls are big eaters.
* And don't think that you can just buy cheap food. Cheap food has a lot less nutrition, therefore your dog will eat a lot more, costing you more money. It can cost LESS to buy quality food, because dogs need to eat less of it.
You have vet fees. At 60-70$ a pop for just a consulting, plus meds, plus vaccines, tests, neuter/spay, microchipping, yearly exam... that adds up to a lot of vet bills.
* Actually, "free" puppies are usually the ones with the most problems. A "free" puppy can end up costing more than a legitimate dog.
You should have pet insurance.
You will need to buy dog collars, leashes, tags, food and water dishes, dog beds.
You may need to pay for dog training.
Please read the following links, and rethink your idea of getting a 'free' puppy.

Watch out for free pit puppies. Poeple whoraise them to fight will give the rejects away free and they could be unstable.
