She wants to wear a cross. Get her one of her own. A collar with cross ornament attached.

they can certainly be mischievous little beings. remember though you don't own the cat because the cat owns you. just let her have her way and She will ( hopefully ) return the cross after She blesses it.

Get her her own. They make little crosses for kitties to put on their collars.
