When people split up, sometimes there can be a lot of things to sort out especially if they've lived together (bills, possessions etc...). It sounds to me as if you've met him at the wrong time in his life, he hasnt stopped being her partner in his mind. Personally i would stop seeing him for a month or so, if you really like him, just to give him a chance to get his head sorted. if he's not that important to you i would advise you to stop seeing him, you'll only get hurt with all the jealousy and insecurity that his constant contact with the ex will cause you

I would be very firm in saying to this guy.
Look i dont like the way your going on with ur ex girlfriend and until you can sort your issues out with her leave me be. the hard thing you need to do is mean it and walk away. dont tell him its over just be confident and tell him until he accept the and ex is an ex for a reason then your playing no part in this relationship, tell him to contact you when his ready to get to know you and walk away.

Ask him if he still has a thing for this girl and then if he says no then tell him to stop acting like it and if he says yes well then there is your answer, tell him that you don't want half of him you want to be able to enjoy all of him and you can't with him on the other girls leash.

Hmm...it depends:
If he's talking all sweet like mushy, flirty sweet...you should break up with him.
BUT...
If he's talking sweet like "oh, thats too bad..i'm sorry" just being very polite sweet, then you just need to talk to him. I've had similar struggles with my man and I used to get REALLY jealous, but now I realize that it's okay for your man to talk to other girls. Its not okay though to flirt with other girls...
Good luck

dont wast your time on him..im not telling you to break up with him tho. just talk to him sit him down and tell him you dont want him talking to her anymore.if hes going out with you why would he need to talk to another female? he shouldnt!!!but anyways anf if he does talk to her he dont need to go out side..he should be able to talk to her in front of you and if he cant then he dont need to be talking to her!!!!he must still like her if he sweet talks her.. so i think hes using you to get back with her~!!
