The person whose name is on the title is the only one who can convey the title to the buyer. If your name is on the title then you are the only one who can legally sell the car.

First it is illegal for the title to be in your name. A minor can not make a contract so it is a non-binding document and second if you are a minor they are the only one that can transfer the title.

Parents probably CAN sell a minor's vehicle. They would sign their own name as parent of a minor dependant child.

well if you're sure the title is in your name, then it requires your signature to transfer it.
