If the government approved mileage reimbursement for busuinesses depends on the type car (which I doubt), my inquiry is for a compact which travels under 300 miles per day.

Business travel (not including to and from your place of employment) = $0.445/mile
Charity (Using your car for charitable services) = $0.14/mile
Charity (For hurricane Katrina) = $0.32/mile
Medical Reasons = $0.18/mile
Moving = $0.18/mile

You MUST keep mileage records including current mileage when trip began and mileage when trip ended. I keep a log book in my car at all times for this purpose.
