I'm not sure if there is one that fits all your criteria, but Yule is the Norse winter solstice festival, the season of the sun's rebirth. Most early Norse people recognized the reborn God as Frey, but he was also known by some as the new solar king, Kris Kringle. This is also where the traditions of yule logs, holly, lighted trees, carols, gifts and feasting originated.
