I feel that my bosses & co-workers want so much of my time but really don't respect all of the the things I do for the company. My bosses want me to stay late to help other departments get caught up with there job and want me to come in early so I can do my job. With all of the money that I am making I'm about to start my own business making triple of what I am making now. My co-workers that bug me & say that I never do anything even though I help them, want to be my business partners. My question to you people is should I hold all of my co-workers & bosess accountable for some of the disrespect I have recieved on my job and not try to help none of them out when I start making real good money. What would you do if you were in my shoes. I know that this is not the category to ask this type of question but i will get the most responces here. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

If you're having to come in early and stay late to help them, why would you want them working for you?

Help them out after you start making real good money? Help them out in what way? I guess I really don't understand your question. However if your co-workers don't give you respect on the job you currently have, I certainly wouldn't go into business with them. That's asking for trouble.

I guess you need to weigh the benefits they would bring to your new company with what they did in the past. Will they help you make your business better ? If so why not use them ? If on the other hand you will be helping them more than they will be helping you then maybe its not worth it.

if you dont feel 100% comfortable with these people DO NOT have them as partners --- employees by all means but only take people you know you can trust with your money as partners --- too many times partners have ripped off the company
