I was wondering where on could take a printer dock for the Kodak camera to get it fixed?

I thought I may have to go directly thru the manufacturer. Any ideas?

You must go through the manufacturer. You can find information on contacting them with the problem on the Kodak website. Also, if you have had the printer for more than a year, it is not covered and will be about $200+ to fix it. It will be cheaper for you to buy a new printer.
