I know there's alot of diffrent talk out there but would global warming ever cause flooding? I got 2 know. -Peace out yall-

It will cause flooding. Because global warming --> global temperature rise ---> ice in north and south poles melt due to high temperature --> sea level increase --> flooding.

So preventing global warming from worsening is an important issue. If flooding really occured,then low-lying countries like Holland,HongKong will be the first to drown.

It happens pretty gradually, so probably not a flood, which tends to happen all at once. OTOH, the water levels are supposed to rise a lot in the next 100 years, which means a lot of current coastline where people live is going to be underwater.

Thats what some scientists say..Global warming makes temperatures rise, ice melt and sea levels rise..sea levels rising means that if it rains excessively there are more chances of flooding..If I remember correctly!

let's explain, US coast line is shrinking bec. of the water increase in the ocean the same for some islands . If they would all melt, we would loose a lot more coast and some cities and also some islands
