Friend Eric - Such a sad question. What has hurt you so badly? Egos are not found on the blitz ad for walmart on black friday hun, its within yourself. No matter what has happened, reach inside and take it back. Stand up straight and tell yourself no one is going to take it from you ever again, that you are a good and worthy person and others thoughts and expectations cannot change that. God Bless You

Do you look down on yourself? If so, why? You have the power to choose how you view yourself. If you want to feel more powerful, more confident, just imagine yourself that way, then be that way. It's good to have a role model to visualize in your head, or a song that makes you feel powerful that you can sing whenever your ego is shot. Think Eye of the Tiger or Brad Pitt on Fight Club. Visualize a confident person you want to be like and imitate them.

People don't ever lose their egos, it's a part of self. I would venture to guess it's probably your self-esteem that is lacking..Head up high, one step at a time.

Walking like a man and being a man are two very different things. A man is made by his actions and deeds, not by the way he walks.

They lose their egos in the same place we lose our virginity. If you ever find yours, look for mine. Okay?

Well for one you have to learn to stand up for yourself. You have to realize that you are entitled to your fair share and should not be afraid to demand it.
