Do all digital cameras have the feature of a "time/date" stamp available?If not, which ones probably will?

Some cameras mention this feature, but most don't.

Yes, even if you buy the cheapest camera you can find, it will have that capability. You may choose to have it posted on the picture if you like. otherwise, when you transfer it to the computer and click on a picture, it will tell you the time, date, and camera that it was taken with.
