Swollen nipple this early sounds more a like a false pregnancy or just a hormonal change, as happens with teenage girls.
However, you can safly have her spayed if you have it done before 3 weeks gestation, so problem is solved.
.As 1/3 or more of Bosties
require a C-section for whelping, not many pet owners want to breed their Bosties anyway. The risk of complications is just too high...It can get more expensive than one can recover in price of puppies..so, it is only for the ones passionate about preserving this adorable breed..

I went through the same type of situation with my female cockapoo. I was scared so i took her to the vet and the vet said that she had a split heat cycle. It is where the dog / puppy doesn't have a complete cycle and then a couple weeks later she shows signs of heat again. But to be sure i would take her to the vet since she got away from you. and to rule out anything that would be more serious

With her "getting away" from you during her heat, yes, she could very well be pregnant.
Seeing it was just 2 wks ago, her nipples shouldn't be swollen already. Get her to the vet. Other than being pregnant, she could possibly have a uterine infection!

It sounds like it. Take her to the vet to be sure. Being a small dog, there could be pregnancy complications if she mated with a really large dog. The puppies could be too big for her to have.

She might be pregnant but with my baby usually gets really attached to me for the whole month when she goes through heat, especially after she ends. You just have to wait its a possibility but she might just be sensitive right now. good luck

Weeelll.....did you BREED her??? That would be your first clue.
Oh, you allowed her to roam around when she was in season. Well then who the heck knows? Judging from her behavior, I would say it is likely she is. Better prepare, build a whelping box and start learning about whelping and puppy care. You do know that purebred Bostons usually need c-sections, right? Yours MAY not as they are probably mutts, but better save some cash for a section, just in case.

best way to tell would be to take her to the vet. It sounds like it's possible, but not for certain with the info you've given.
