I grow rhubarb in my garden and from seed, but I fail to understand what you would achieve feeling or rubbing his rhubarb.
Not meaning to be nasty BUT are you sure it was the rhubarb he was meaning? Seems a funny thing to ask anyone to do, but I await other answers and I am as always prepared to learn even at my old age
Happy gardening.

It depends whether not it was rhubarb he really whats you to rub.If your entertaining the idea of a relationship, talk it over with your spouse. This is called an open relationship that both of you agree upon.If your single, then think about his relationship.Does the other person have a right to know?who should tell them?who will it hurt?

You should only feel and rub your neighbors rhubarb if you find the bearer of the rhubarb, and the rhubarb itself, attractive.

You never know where that rhubard has been before you. Always clean your veggies before you eat them. Or rub them. Or even think about them.
