Sex is definitely healthy when practiced safely. It is exercise, pleasure and pure joy when done right. Making love is beautiful between people that love eachother.

Sex is a natural thing. And medically it has been proven to be good for one's mental, emotional, social, and physical health. People that engage in regular/healthy sex have been proved to be weathier, happier, more socialable, and live longer. No doubt.
Sex isn't just a physical activity. It has a very positive impact on your attitudes, moods, and emotional control. You feel less frustrated, you sleep better, and generally are in a more positive mood throughout the day.
Yet, I haven't heard people practicing sex for health reasons - there isn't exactly a gym that you can enroll to go "work out" your sexual desires for a full hour every day :-) Don't we all wish LOL.

Besides being healthy, it in fact a cure for many disease. First and foremost is the stress elimination.
In one word it is an exercise which is equivalent to a 4 - 6 km walk. It stimulates your body organs to function well. A regular sexual life (with your partner) can keep you healthy.
Rejoice at the act and be healthy

Sex can be healthy for you as long as you practice it wisely, i.e use protection for your own sake and others. Sex is unhealthy when you have unprotected sex with multiple partners..basically when you have sex w/ a person, your pretty much having sex with everyone that they had sex with...you never know what those people may of had. So Just be smart about it and have fun.

It is healthy- it's exercise and increases whatever the "happy" chemical is in your brain. All you have to do to keep sex healthy is not sleep with a million different dudes/chicks and use protection. It's also been proven that if you cheat on your mate, even if you confess and are forgiven, will not be as happy as the loyals.

Yes sex is healthy because it reduces stress and stress is known to be the cause of many health problems. There are also other activities that relieve stress but sex is one of the most gratifying.

yes it is, sex is straight up one of the best cardiovascular work outs you can do. think about it. your moving your body so much and at such a high rate of speed that you sweat like crazy. not to mention getting into different positions can be a workout altogether (holding yourself or your partner up). ive never heard that it wasnt healthy for you, its natural.

If it's sex between two people that aren't married then no it's not healthy... it's actually dangerous. Disease, unwanted pregnancy, and heartache are worse than any "healthy" thing that may come from it.

I think it's healthy if they are two consenting adults who thought things through completely and are using protection (if they have more than one partner)
