It is impossible for finite sinful beings to define God who is infinite and sinless.
God the eternal Father is the Creator, Source, Sustainer, and Sovereign of all creation. He is just and holy, merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. The qualities and powers exhibited in the Son and the Holy Spirit are also revelations of the Father. (Gen. 1:1; Rev. 4:11; 1 Cor. 15:28; John 3:16; 1 John 4:8; 1 Tim. 1:17; Ex. 34:6, 7; John 14:9.)

How much time do you have? Well, let me simplify a bit. Consider all that is. That isn't G-d, but He made it. In fact as I commented to someone, the very physical properties upon which all of the world operates, He created that. Having said that, let me share a couple of concepts which help to define G-d. One)Consider on a blank piece of paper on which there is present a dot. In the middle of that dot (which is how G-d views it) is all of His Creation. Like the artist, he is not governed by His creation nor is a parent goverened by their offspring. Two) In that dot are all known time (G-d being timeless) and the cross stands in the middle of all known time. Three)According to the laws of thermodynamics (which He created) there is a given amount of energy in the universe and we cannot add or subtract from that pool of energy. He and His power are outside of that. Four) and most importantly there is a given amount of knowledge (known/unknown-written/unwritten) and He by virtue of the dot, is outside of that. Additionally, if you consider that any portion of the world (starting with the computer which you are using right now) is a system. Within this open system known as the computer are the systems of hardware and software. But let us go in the opposite direction. This computer is a closed system in the open system of the room you are in now. But the room is a closed system in the open system of the building and we go outwards from there to the closed system we call the universe to the open system wherein we find G-d. You see, in order to define G-d, we have to think outside the box, because you cannot impose on the creator the rules that govern the created.

You cannot define a living God anymore than you can *define* a person. God is Love, God is Good, God is Truth, God is Light, etc. We can describe, but not define. God bless you. ~Nise

God is that subtle truth of life without which humanity nay any existence of life on Mother Earth could not exist. Reaching God is reaching the end of the cosmic journey! One can always feel the presence of God but having reached the stage of enlightenment it is only enlightened beings that come face-to-face with God in their lifetime!
God is not an entity as a human being. It is a source of power... such colossal power that Bhagavad Gita, the sacred doctrine put forward by Lord Krishna gives the Definition God as, "the sum total of all the purified souls atmans in the Cosmos at any given point of time" and this reduces to a paltry half the size of a thumb. Yes, the size of God is half the size of a thumb at the beginning of every Cosmos.
Meaning that when the dissolution of the Cosmos finally occurs... the whole Cosmos reduces to the size of half a thumb and this is what we know as God, the Almighty creator! This massive colossal power in its pristine glorious form unable to retain itself for long explodes with a Big Bang giving rise to the birth of a new Cosmos... a new journey!
Right from the first journey as an amoeba by our soul atman within... and to the last 8.4 millionth manifestation... the journey of the soul exists for God Almighty is there. The existence of the soul atman itself confirms the existence of God Almighty.
Our soul atman being a miniscule form of God Almighty... one can continue living as an atheist (a non believer of God) but inherently every atheist believes in the existence of a mighty power that one considers above all. This mighty power can be the shape of a colossal energy source but atheists never considers it to be God Almighty... one who created the creation!
Whatever be our belief... the existence of God Almighty can never be negated. As per Bhagavad Gita... the sum total of all purified atmans souls in the Cosmos is what we know as God Almighty. When every soul atman is connected to the mighty soul God Almighty... the question of non existence of God Almighty does not arise! More here- http://www.godrealized.com/god.html

He is the Maker of Heaven and Earth- He is the beginning and the end- He is All Spirit and All Knowing and in Control. He made every human being and every animal and all of creation as it says in Genesis 1.
He is our Savior and He is sinless- He is perfect and Holy and Just- He is Merciful and Mighty and Loving. He is Gracious and Steadfast. He is never changing. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Nothing is impossible with Him. And He has the victory!
He sent Jesus Christ to die on the cross for those who believe- so that they could be set free from sin and be given eternal life in Heaven with him. He punishes sin- for He is sinless and Holy and sin is not allowed in His kingdom. He made a way for us to be washed clean through sin- by the death of Jesus, through His blood- we are born again when we believe- born of the Spirit of God.
God is awesome! And His ways are unsearchable!
Jesus says:
John 5:24
"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
Psalm 62:7
My salvation and my honor depend on God ; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
Psalm 89:8
O LORD God Almighty, who is like you? You are mighty, O LORD, and your faithfulness surrounds you.

No, but then again the concept of a point in geometry cannot be defined either. A definition is not necessary in order for something to be useful.
