At the same time as everyone else (April 15th) . You may be challenged with the split in income between the country of origin and here, so you may wish to talk with a tax accountant or tax lawyer to make sure you don't over pay.

Go to a local Certified Public Accountant with all your tax info. You may not have to file for 2005 depending on your income.

Well if you worked in US from September till Dec. 31 then you should have filed your taxes before April 15, 2006. If not, then you should be ok. Dont forget to file them next year.
