unless its temporary you should wait...otherwise if you try to redye it might turn green... you could alwas g.i. jane it and go bald...sorry i know this isnt the answer your looking for

To start with--don't do any home remedies on it. You have already dyed it once and you will over process your hair.
You have 2 choices.
1. It will fade out. It may take a few weeks but it will fade.
2. Go to a salon, they will know what to do.

Personally I would go with 1. but I am old so what my hair looks like isn't a priority in my life.

dont panic hun iv done that few times gone black when i only wanted it darker, the best thing to is wait a cuple of days with a hat on lol!! then dependant on what colour u wanna go dye it a slightly lighter brown or a reddish colour it eill dye dont worry and it wont go green or anythin thats rubbish. just look on the packet or go to the hairdressers and get lighter pieces put through your hair for it to appear lighter iv done both so up to you. hope it helps hunni good luck! x

hi, it depends which type of dye you used. If it was a permanent one you really should leave it a while before trying to lighten as too many chemical processes close together can seriously damage your hair. If it was a vegetable based dye you can see hints/tips on how to fade colour on the link below:

You'll have to let it come out if you try 2 use another color 2 quick it could cause a reaction normally 2-3wks..Good Luck

You can't, but if your really unhappy with your color have a professional color it for you. They use much better color than what you can find at the store.

any colour eventually comes out after 28 - 30 shampoo's, just wait for it to fade it will take about 3 - 4 weeks, or you could get some hair bleach and peroxide and strip it yourself or just go to the salon.
