This is a fiber that is great for smoothies, saw it on Oprah. I am trying to find it in the powder form, but GNC has it in the pill form.

I mail order it from Swanson's. They have much better prices than GNC. You can order it over the Internet or go to their web site and request a catalog.

GNC has it in the powder form, I've bought it there before. And it's not a ripoff, either....you pay a little bit extra for the very best quality you can get. I wouldn't put just anything into my body!

GNC is a rip off, there are a ton of supplement companies out there that offer much better deals.

Looks like it has no other ingredients than just powdered husk, so it should be fine. I've supplemented w/flax in the past for mines.

Just about any natural health food store should have it or get it for you. You might even try checking on the web through google or ask dot com for where to obtain in your area or by mail.
