Yes... rolled oats are WHOLE grain, and by FDA regulations require that if the term "granola" is used, the product MUST have rolled oats as it's primary ingredient.

Sadly, granola BARS also contain a high amount of sugar hydrogenated oils, and various preservatives to make them palatable to children and extend their shelf life.

Always check your labels just as a matter of habit... and eat Loose Granola...

they should be. rolled oats are a whole grain they should be the primary ingredient. Lots of sugar in granola bars, though.

I think they all contain whole grain, but if you are not sure just read and see if it say whole grain rolled oats.

Usually....but it might depend on the brand. Going with the label would be a good thing.
