Eat All Bran cereal or All Bran Buds with psyillium for breakfast every day. Include more raw fruits and vegetables in your diet. Meals made with dried beans and peas are high in fiber. Dried prunes and prune juice are a good source of fiber.

I eat Kashi High Fiber Cereal everyday it has loads of fiber more than most cereals.tastes pretty good and I always add extra raisins.

Fruits. Apples are pretty good. You could also supplement with a fiber powder or pill.

Oatmeal - cereal, also in 8-12 grain bread.

Fruit - forget juice....unless it has tons of pulp and is 100% juice.

Vegetables

Fiber pills - also are excellent sources and you can take them everyday.....to supplement!
