Because you dont' have Gnomes in residence. If you had Gnomes living with you, they could teach you how to hide your location better.
There are 100 Gnomes living at the Hidden Urban Gnome Reserve and Sanctuary in Minneapolis, MN - and NOONE CAN SEE THE HOUSE they're at.
