You can put a match up her hind end, the sulfur will stimulate her to poop.

We were always told to give rice or chicken & rice to a dog with loose stools to tighten them up, and to put a little corn oil on their food if they were constipated.
Canned pumpkin is very high in fiber which will get things moving along. I personally recommend backing off on the rice, that's like giving a constipated person a block of cheese.

Mix some cooked corn in with her meals, corn is a releaser on bowels for dogs. Most foods have corn in them, although it sounds like you need a bit more with a little extra it will help. But not too much you don't want to over do it. Rice helps make the stools hard not runny.

Give the dog lots of water and some wet food for a couple of days. Rice helps to form stool so mix it with the wet food. It only take a couple of seconds to put on a pot of rice. Make a good sized batch and keep it in the fridge for a couple of days so you only have to make it once. I usually boil a little water in the kettle and mix it with the wet food to warm it up so it mixes with the rice better. Your dog will love it!!!!

Canned pumpkin will work for the constipation, it is safe. It works both ways with the fiber in it. I had a dog that had eaten gravel, we gave her the pumpkin and she pooped it out.

If you love your dog you will watch her I understand you don't have the time but just give her rice and chicken because it will harden her stool to make her go.

stick an (unlit) match in her butt, wear disposable gloves and a mask just in case it comes out as an explosion. I am serious about this, not trying to make fun or anything. it workds because the dog feels like there is something to push out and then she poops.
P.S. use the part of the match that you dont strike :D

ask your vet if you could give her a stool softener and yes exercise is very important to exercise your animals not just to move her bowels but her happiness/health.
