Sand. Hahaha...no really, send them baby wipes. There is so much dust and sand there that they are used for everything.

Novel isn't that great while on deployment. What most of us enjoyed most with our care packages was "a little bit of home." Just being reminded that someone at home loved me enough to send me that bag of Skittles they just knew I must have been jonesing for always warmed my heart (and made me cry a bit too).
So the answer is: go with what you know they love. You know what that is better than any of us out here.

I think the best thing that you can send them you can only answer. Being that they are your brothers you would know what they like. I would like you to send them from me a Great big hug and kiss because I appreciate all their sacrifice for what they are doing. The Men and Women who are in are armed forces deserve our love and respect. They are doing what they feel is the best for Country and Honor.
Thanks again for their sacrifice to make my home safer.

I have adopted 3 troops in Iraq,one is a marine and other two are army.Altho they can get expensive,I went to the bank and got military commemorative coins for the branch of service they are in for them to carry in their pockets.I wanted to get them something special that they can hand down to their children.It was something they didnt have and it blew them away.Plus I send them the care packages.
