lol that depends on the man. Regarding "natural" man, I think that since he's born into nature, he's therefore ruled by nature. The natural craving is for self-preservation. The natural fear is fear of the unknown, best expressed in the fear of death, since it is both unknown and also the end of what he craves the most to have or preserve.
