Sake is being used to replace Vodka/Gin/White Rum in many traditional drinks. Favored for its lower alcohol content it is a big hit at cocktail lounges in California. For specific recipes try Webtender.com and search Sake. Cheers!

Beer and wine and beer and sake do not mix that well in terms of hangovers. It is fine as long as you are drinking in moderation but more than four or five drinks and you are likely to suffer.

Here are some recipes. It is frowned upon, as sake should be enjoyed by itself like the other answerer mentions.

My lover miyuki says sake should be drunk warm unmixed. I follow her advice, since she is a traditional Japanese.
