The first year is always so hard. Its the first time she want be around physically for all those special occasions that we long to share with our family, and especially our Mom's. To heal, is different for everyone. The number one grief outlet is letting emotions out and talking as 'much' about what you are feeling and your Mom, as your heart will let you. Give your self time to heal. If you can stick with your pain, you can actually heal faster and don't close any doors on any of your emotions. We were given these emotions as a way to express the trauma that has been put on us emotionally. This first year there will be alot of firsts and they will be painful. Next year it will get some better. You never get over the hurt just past it. Write your Mom a letter, start a journal, and put this first year without her in writing. (She will hear this.) This is so helpful. I am no stranger to the rain! If you want to talk, email me, I will be happy to listen and help you anyway I can. Hang in there! And "Happy Birthday" (early). :)

i think sorry for u bro. I only complete a 2 12 months relationship to it sucks. the terrific factor could be only to get out of the domicile and circulate everywhere it dont be counted only stay as busy as available and attempt to no longer think of approximately it.The futher u get removed from something to do with it the extra effective u experience. Dont consult from her or attempt and get returned at the same time beacuse any little factor that is going incorrect will make u experience worse or take u to the commencing up. If the two one in all u are on an identical point that different if no longer then stay away its hardship. artwork out plenty and get a valuable physique that usually helps to.

My mom died a few days before my birthday. It was my first birthday without a cake. This was 14 years ago, and I still think of it on my birthday because she was my best friend. Anyway, it helped to do something special on my birthday because I knew that's what Mom would have wanted. I imagined her looking down on me and smiling, almost like she is with me. Each birthday gets a little easier, especially if you decide to do something positive and fun with your friends and family instead of spending too much time alone.

Close your eyes and imagine, your mom is now up in heaven with Jesus. She's happy, healthy and young again. Don't feel depress, your mom sure don't want to see you in depression. Do your best and try to live a happy life. Someday, when it's time to leave earth, you will meet your mom again!!! Cheer Up !!!

Celebrate this birthday just as your mother would have done. This is the day that you came out of her womb! Your birthday is as much hers as it is yours.
Celebrate your mother's life through yours.
Regards
John
