Try setting aside some time to think about what you'd really LIKE to do. It's easier to be self motivated if the task involved is actually a pleasure rather than a chore.

Be gentle with yourself - you don't have to be motivated to do stuff you don't want to do. Slowly try to re-arrange your circumstances, one little step at a time, so that you spend more time doing what you really want to do.

one thing i have found to help me is to make a goal board, set the goals small and large and look at them every day, post little notes and make lists of the things you want to do if you see the things in print that u want to do your brain will make u do them, it has worked great for me I have a home based business and setting my goals and seeing them helps to make me see the things i must do before i set the goals in writting they were not hapening now the are.

Read alot of inspirational books. Try to be optimistic about things. Count it all joy!!!
