I wouldn't really see what there is to explain. I guess it is that the people keep looking for secrets to success. Well more like looking for shortcuts. They don't want to do the work. The point is that success is a result of preparation, then working hard to get it. Then if you fail then you learn what you did WRONG. That is how you become successful.

What's to explain? It refers to the quote often used "the secret to my success". It simply explain that there ARE no secrets, and success is reached by those that prepare, work hard and learn from their mistakes.

There are no secret formulas that will help you succeed in life. You have to prepare to work hard and not expect to succeed all the time. Even failure is one step towards success as it teaches you not to make the same mistake again.

This phrase is simple nonsense. It begins by stating that there are no secrets to success. Whoever sid there were such secrets, in the first place? Then it goes on to state three hollow cliches as rules (secrets?) for achieving success. And lastly--what is meant by success?

Don't waste your time on nonsense formulations.

It means in order to succeed; one must fail. That way you learn from your mistakes. Success is never a drop in the lap. It is a continual line of learning.
