Maybe someone knows from experience? I am just trying to get in the states, anywhere, from san jose, costa rica for as little money as possible. Florida maybe?

I think Miami, Dallas, & San Diego are all pretty cheap. When flying fro Philadelphia to Liberia for my honeymoon we opted to take a lay-over at one of those 3 places (dallas, actually) to give us the cheapest fair possible.
