Miami or Orlando would be the cheapest if you fly Martinair.

Costa rica will win 2-a million, the U. S. has a hardtime taking section in outdoors the U. S..... so the ticos will take that benefit. save in ideas the U. S. truly managed a tie agaisnt el salvador, so for me costa rica is 10 circumstances extra useful than los cerotes. FQ: kaka will bypass to authentic madrid his agent suggested its quite somewhat a finished deal. Chelsea already denied making a bid for kaka so he's extra in all probability to bypass to authentic madrid.

I think Miami, Dallas, & San Diego are all pretty cheap. When flying fro Philadelphia to Liberia for my honeymoon we opted to take a lay-over at one of those 3 places (dallas, actually) to give us the cheapest fair possible.
