HarmonicaLessons.com is pretty comprehensive. I haven't tried the lessons myself, but I do play blues harp and this guy knows what he's talking about.

the only way to learn to play harmonica is to blow into it. And keep playing it. and playing it. Its a hard thing to teach someone and its not something you can really read music for because you can't see where you mouth is. you just have to develop a feel and an ear for it. through practice. Whenever I go anywhere I always walk around playing a harmonica.
