There the top 7 English being last as I am English and I hear it all the time.

O definately Italian! I dont even care what is said, even a menu sounds romantic and sexy.
Southern Irish is lovely too (especially Cork)
Some american accents are cool (but not all) southern is nicer.
Regional UK accents (entirely subjective)

Honestly, I don't think it has anything to do with the actual "accent" as much as it has to do with who's talking. So I'm just going to go by which country's citizens are the hottest...

which english accent? there are so many. i personally like the welsh accent. also the french and a soft australian accent are nice. czech i'm not sure about. dont you think it sounds a bit harsh?
