It is not an easy task.. but it is not impossible at all.
Generally when we have to learn any thing we use to revise it daily and so we don't forgot about them.
I am giving some tips.. but u should have patience and do as directed.. I strongly believe that it helps u.
Step 1: The main thing when u r with some1 and suddenly breakup.. u have 2 do is .. just GET AWAY from everything related to her/him, don't make any contact or response any contact to him.
Step 2: Do some simple meditation, believe on yourself that you are the important person and try to improve your will power. ALWAYS KEEP YOURSELF BUSY, bcoz at that time.. u don't have time 2 think abt her.. after some time it will be habit.. enjoy the life at fullest.. singing dancing..etc. enjoy parties, your life pace can not be slowdown only due to 1 person.. .
Beware: Don't use alcohol or other addiction at all.
Step 3: After some time, try 2 find some replacements and try 2 FLIRT with ppl and tell him that "I no u only as my frnd", bcoz in bad days chatting with them might help u a lot.
Step 4: No need, ur heart is again open for some1.. :D...
really remember.. life is 2 big.. and u r a very imortant personality.. u r here 2 do something important and dedicate something 2 world.. u r not a normal personality...

Atlast I ll tell u that be mature enought..... its not the biggest tension in the world... u r very important personality.. feel ur importance.. and love urself most.. don't think about others.. be confident and always energise.. don't think which makes u pain.. bcoz it can never help u out.. live the life fullest and enjoy as much as u can... remember this strong feeling are temporary.. after some days u ll enjoy ur life at fullest with no problems.. :)
Plz mailme in case of ny problem. I m always here 2 help u out..:D

You can't erase the memories from your time with another but you can be sad for awhile then go on with your life by making more and perhaps better memories elsewhere.
All relationships seem to be a training excercise, for what I am unsure.
I have also went through pain and deception brought on by an ex. It hurts, you feel mad, upset and frustrated. Like when someone dies, you go through stages. Just do the best you can to keep yourself busy and happy elsewhere. Time does really make things clearer and better, believe me!

Time will ease the pain. Give it about 18 to 20 months. The memories may remain much longer and will haunt you but the pain from the divorce or break up will have disappeared.

You can't....and shouldn't erase the memories. Bad experiences are sometimes how we learn...and become stronger.

Each day, you will think about it less and less. Eventually, you will not think about it much at all. Before you know it, you're over it and you've moved on....chocking it down as a bad experience you're not keen to repeat.

No if it just happened it takes some time to get over. Think about all the relationships you have been in that ended. Every time we say I'm never going to get over this until we meet someone new and forget all about the last relationship. You will get over it after time and when you start dating someone new.
