You don't say no. You tell them that you are flattered and that you like them to, but that you are not allowed to date anyone because you're parents still think you are too young.
The truth in this situation really is the best way to go because you don't want him to think that you don't like him.

Karen is right. Tell him how it is. He will appreciate that and who knows if you guys still like eachother when you are alowed to date then you can get together then. You can be friends for now.

Tell him the truth and talk with who ever wont let you date and tell them how you feel and tell them that you need to learn from your own mistakes .... the only way i agree with who ever wont let you date is if your very young
