I would simply take the sister-in-law aside and tell her to please refrain from answering questions concerning financial and/or babysitting business issues on your behalf. Explain to her that by not getting paid on Friday it messed up you ability to go shopping and in the future you would prefer to make such decisions yourself.

I would just explain to he her a nice way that you manage your bills for your pay days and you expect that money, that you have things coming out of your account and that the money has to be there so things don't bounce.
tell her that u would appreciate it if she didn't do that anymore.

And that is not very responsible mother... you know that you have to pay your babysitter on a certain day so do it... even if that means she might be a bit late picking her kids up because she had to get the money out....

I would tell my SIL that you did mind not getting paid until Monday. This is a business transaction -- you cannot be afraid to talk about money. And no one should blame you for wanting to be paid on time.

Tell your sister that you mouth is just fine and you dont need her to answer questions that SHOULD be directed to you. Also, you should let the woman that owed you the money know she should have asked you directly since YOU were babysitting.

I would tell my sister-in-law to mind her own business! She's not the one doing the babysitting after all. Stand up for yourself, girl!

tell her to lend you the money until monday morning since its not an inconvience to her not to get paid until the next week. she should have said something to you first and if she doesnt like it then lay out all of your rules to both of them at the same time about what u expect of them and see what they want from you.

I would say "I had made plans with that money over the weekend, so I wish you would have checked with me first."

You need to talk with your sister-in-law about answering for you without discussing it with you first.
