suck the shag!!!!!! lol. Sure! if you think he'll actually pay. If not, some resolve and an @ssload of paper towels should eventually soak up the offense.
Not to mention, now a time for a new house rule...you spill the bong water, you have to drink the remaining in the bong, clean the bong, clean the carpet, and clean the bathroom and cook dinner and do the dishes. That should make people less careless.

you dont need to go thru all the trouble of steam cleaning. I know it smells just get some dish soap and a towel and scrub it or if you prefer some carpet cleaner should do the trick....my boyfriend is infamous for spilling these things so I've become an expert bong water cleaner!LMAO!

no, because a friend with weed is a friend indeed. use baking soda with warm water,mix it together, let it sit while you have your friend refill the bong, toke up, then smell the carpet. if it still smells like bong water, do it again. if it still smells, get some of this stuff called "Simple Green", dilute it a little, spray it on, refill the bong, toke up,kick back, watch Pink Panther cartoons or The Happy Tree Friends, wait a while, smell it, toke up & forget it...lol, been there, done it, wearing the tee shirt right now & it has seed burns...

Get you some towels, put on wet spots, stomp on it with foot till liquid fills the towels. Put towels outside. The wet spot will dry up and smell will go away. I would not make my friend pay to have carpet cleaned if I was partaking in the bong too.
Steam cleaning will bring the stinky smell back out.

Did the contents damage the carpet? If not then just hoover it up.
You agreed to have the Bong in your home otherwise this wouldn´t have happened, and no doubts you know what happens to coordination when you high, therefore you knew the risk and should accept the consequences.
Get him to get the next weed in though.
I Bong is a water pipe, which cools down the smoke so it can be enjoyed more. Used for smoking all sorts of stuff from tabacoo to weed (drugs).

Go to Walmart or a place like that and get "Spot Shot" (blue can/orange top @$4)- it works great on stains and smell. Whats even better is you spray it really good and then let it do the work. Stoners usually like that!

no, a quick vacumning should clean it up , then sprinkle baking soda on it
ps , since your posting this here, you may be doing it as a joke, yet im sure many people have had that happen lol the spill, not the smell,,,,,as in,,, if your smoking, your walls, curtains, carpet, everything has the smell,, and baking soda is the answer,,!!
