...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

I must first say that it is not healthy to do this, you are likely to gain it back plus more. Now that is said, try something like the Special K diet. Two bowls a day then a healthy meal. Get up and move your body, or move while sitting still, you can still burn just a little bit. Drink plenty of water. But I can't really understand why you need to lose this much, for you should be just right by the charts. I am 5/3 and 134 is supposed to be my goal weight. I have came from 310 down to 210. Please don't harm your health if no real need.

Checking your BMI I am not sure you really need to lose 10 pounds.

But if you are serious about trting the best suggestion I can give you is to try the following

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Run or exercise for thirty minutes every other day and consume no more than 1200-1500 calories a day. It is VERY UNHEALTHY for your body to try to lose 10 pounds in two weeks!! Aiming for 6 would be better. Give yourself 3-4 weeks to lose 10.

Fasting is the best way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Eat only 2 meals a day which is breakfast and lunch. Skip your dinner and go to bed early. Drink plenty of warm water or hot tea, it might burn your fats as well.

Dangerous! Don't do it!

Even if you don't make youself sick, you'll regain the weight with interest afterward.

Slow, 1-2 lbs a week, gives you the best chance of keeping it off.

um i dont think u can in such a short time but if u wnna do it the healthy way eat alot of veggies skip dinner eat in small portions and excercise then u will loose weught the healthy way!

increase working out and decreasing calories. try eating small meals during the day and healthy snacks like yogurt and trail mix. eating every three hours will help keep your metabolism up to help burn extra calories
