My analysis tool puts the count at 67 calories, but it is difficult to be accurate due to the variation in size of individual grapes. If you weigh the grapes, you can look up the calorie count by ounce at the nats 2.0 application in my link. It is a nutritional analyzer from the University of Illinois.
You can also enter your whole day's food in a list and it will show all the nutritional values for that total.

You seem very concerned about these 45 grapes. Are they friends of yours?

Grapes are quite high in calories but they are good for you. As long as you have a balanced diet, you will be fine. Some fat are good, such as omega 3 which you find in avocado, nuts etc etc

Omega 3 is essential for your body. Saturated fat is the bad fat (cheese, meat, diary etc..)
