This is directly from the Bailey's Website: "Baileys should be stored away from direct sunlight at a temperature range of 41-95 degrees Fahrenheit (5-35 degrees Centigrade). You don't have to refrigerate your bottle, but we would recommend it - and it tastes even better when chilled! Fluctuating its temperature too much will cause it to go lumpy - so try and always keep it roughly at the same temperature. The storage conditions are the same for sealed or opened bottles."

According to the Bailey's bottle, the liquor can be stored in a cabinet, but it should be served cold. So keep it wherever you want and serve it on the rocks. Slainte!

Bailey's says to refrigerate it, once it's opened.
There are many instances on the web of people saying they don't refrigerate their Bailey's, and it's fine.
