there is this lady who is determined to take my husband away from me and there is no way in **** i am going to let her have him and i have nothing against immigrants but with this one lady i do and i want to get her deported back to mexico

how do u know she is illegal? She might be a citizen or was born here. Don't just a book by it's cover. And just because you report her she isn't doing anything wrong they won't come pick her up for flirting with you hubby.. And if he was a real man he would walk away from her after he explained to her he is happily married.

Just becuase he looks mexican doesn't say anything, first make sured she is illegal second how do you know that she is trying and that your husband is the one trying to leave you. other than that you can call the ICE or go to the immigration websites.

You can't deport anybody. But you can notify USCIS, and they will perhaps bring a case against the alleged illegal, and a judge can order her deported.
