Yes it may be possible. If your an EEA national and have resided in the UK for 5 years and can prove this and have been working and not claiming any public funds, then after 5 years, you may apply for "indefinate leave to remain in the UK". After this has been issued to you, after a year you may apply to take a Enlish test and Life in the UK. If you suceed in this test, then you will be eligible to apply for British citizenship.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO COME HERE?? I don't understand why you want to live in the UK when a lot of other EU countries are far more hospitable.
