No, not if it was a genuine, out and out mistake. I might suggest to you though, that the twins could be playing games with you. Meet with both of them together and explain the situation, and I'm sure their faces and reactions will tell you whether this is some kind of game that twins get a buzz out of.

no it isnt it was purely an accident how was you supposed to know as twins look exactly the same hence the saying identical twins also you have just done what most men dream of doing slept with both twins i like it

Not if you honestly didn't know it was the twin. However, if this has not happened and you asking in case it does, then yes it is cheating since you are planning it.

yes. cheating is cheating but her twin shouldnt have tricked you that way. Did you know she had a twin? If you didnt then there is room for forgivness.

No pair of twins are so alike that you wouldn't be able to differentiate between them. Especially if one was your girlfriend. So, yes it's definitely cheating.
